(ODT) Omnichannel Distribution Tool is a software-as-a-service platform designed for Discord content distribution, ad management, and automation. We provide tools for managing Discord servers, creating AI-powered content categorization called mindsets, and distributing content across multiple channels using integrated ad providers.

2User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
• Ensuring accuracy of account information

3Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use (ODT) to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, threaten, or harm individuals
• Distribute malware or malicious code
• Engage in phishing or fraud
• Spam or abuse Discord servers
• Circumvent security mechanisms
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access source code
• Use automated tools beyond API specifications

4Content Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for all content you distribute through (ODT)
• You warrant that you have rights to distribute all content
• You agree to comply with Discord's content policies
• You agree to comply with applicable laws regarding restricted or age-sensitive content
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates policies

5Discord Integration

• (ODT) is not affiliated with Discord Inc.
• Use of Discord's services is subject to Discord's own terms
• You are responsible for maintaining webhooks and permissions
• We are not liable for Discord service interruptions
• Discord reserves the right to terminate bot or webhook access

6Ad Providers

• (ODT) integrates with third-party ad providers
• You are responsible for your relationships with ad providers
• Provider accounts and API keys are your responsibility
• We are not liable for provider service failures
• Use of providers is subject to their own terms

7Intellectual Property

• (ODT) retains all rights to platform code and design
• You retain rights to your content
• You grant (ODT) a license to use content for service operation
• You cannot copy, modify, or redistribute (ODT) source code
• All trademarks belong to their respective owners

• (ODT) is provided on an as-is basis
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime
• We may perform maintenance with minimal notice
• We are not liable for service interruptions
• Scheduled maintenance may be posted on a status page
